What makes Hooray different?+
Most wedding texting tools are one-way schedulers — you still write every blast and field every "what time?" Hooray reads your website, drafts your guest message plan, and answers questions from the details you confirmed — in your voice, scoped to each guest. You approve everything before it goes live.
Does it work with my wedding website?+
Paste your URL and we'll read it — Zola, WithJoy, The Knot, Minted, or your own site. Your timeline fills in within about a minute; you confirm what's right and fix what's not.
What does it cost?+
$119 for one wedding, paid once, with nothing to renew and nothing per guest or per text. If your list tops 300, it’s $168, with room for up to 1,000. Hooray texts US numbers; guests elsewhere get their updates by email.
You pay when you go live, not before. The first 30 days of building are free; after that your wedding is paused, right where you left it, until you go live. The free month is once per person, not once per wedding.
Founding couples: when we invite you from the waitlist, the wedding your invite starts is on us. A wedding you plan after that one has no free month; you pay when you go live.
What do guests actually have to do?+
Mostly nothing new — they get texts from you, like always. No app to download. When they want their personal schedule, to RSVP, or ask a question, they open a link and verify with a one-time code on their phone. No password, nothing from the app store.
Where does Hooray work?+
Hooray currently texts US phone numbers only. Guests with other numbers get updates by email when you add one for them, and can still use their schedule and the Concierge on the web with a code sent to that email.
Will this sound like us?+
You pick the voice — warm, fun, elegant, and more — and review what goes out. Hooray drafts from the details you confirmed; nothing reaches your guests until you’re happy with it.
Can my partner or maid of honor help run it?+
Yes — once you’re live, invite up to three collaborators. Partner, planner, or helper is just a label: they all get the same full wedding access. Billing, who else can join, and closing the wedding stay with you.
Nothing sends without my sign-off, right?+
Right. You schedule what goes out and when. Every draft is yours to edit, postpone, or skip — Hooray doesn’t blast your guests on its own.
Is guest information safe?+
Yes. Each guest only ever sees what’s meant for them — enforced in code, not by hope. When they need their schedule or Ask Hooray, they verify with a one-time code on their phone (no password, no app). We never sell or share guest data. See “Keeping guests safe” for the full story.
